Description
Initially we excluded repo groups from the MVP. But we are hearing from many stakeholders, especially multiple groups within RCM, that they depend heavily on them.
Of course modelling groups is the easy part. What needs planning the most is the "group export" operation, and any other integrated behaviors that need to come with the repo group concept.

There are no plans to implement this for the mvp of Pulp 3. Please open a feature request with your use case if you need repo groups.
