Description
With this commit[0] DRPMs a regression was introduced which causes DRPMs to be missing in the case of an incremental publish. This is a very similar symptom to issue #2035, which had the same problem except for Errata instead of DRPMs.
The DRPM code should receive a similar logic update to this commit[1] which fixed issue #2035.
