For the purposes of this task, "pulp platform" currently consists of the "pulp.app" namespace.

As we near the end of Sprint 9 and roll into Sprint 10, a quick update on this. I came into this with no knowledge of spec files, and in particular no knowledge of Pulp spec files. I've been spending a lot of time in docs, trying to get more familiar with RPM packaging "best practice" to better understand spec file in general, as well as Pulp specific (python-centric) use-cases.
This is a more daunting task than I anticipated but expect the effort to be very beneficial for the project in the long term.
