Description
Remove all code, docs and packaging related to pulp_nodes. Don't forget the dev environment automation.
Should this include a migration to remove additional artifacts from the filesystem?

Oh, very good question. I lean toward making the upgrade migration tool do filesystem cleanup also. Maybe it would be two separate but related tools, or maybe one tool that can do both things. But it's clearly an activity to be done only at upgrade time from 2 to 3. What do you think?
