Convert unit models to django
Description
Convert unit models from mongoengine to django.
This does not include actually using the new models in any code.
- Related to Issue #1476: The RPM models are indexing a lot of fields that don't make sense to have indices added
- Blocked by Refactor #2098: create django models for content units added
