Description

python-nectar needs to be built for Fedora 23 and EL7 using Copr. Any changes needed for the spec file should be made directly in pulp/packaging repository. The spec file changes needed for Fedora 23 and EL7 should be made on 'f23' and 'el7' branches respectively.

With the current plan, we won't be using python-nectar in Pulp3. Since Copr is only for packages for Pulp3, I think we can close this as WONTFIX.
