Ansible playbooks need to pull from Pulp

Description
The ansible playbooks that are used in Jenkins install Pulp bits published on fedorapeople. As Pulp moves into Copr, these ansible playbooks need to be extended to install bits from Copr. They need to support pulling in from one or the other via configuration since different environments running the playbook will need bits from different places.

Is this blocked on getting actual builds working in copr?

It does not block Copr builds. It does block the ability for any Jenkins job to pull bits built in Copr. I'm adding some blocking relationships now that the Jenkins tickets are made.

In order to update the playbook the Copr URLs should be known. With that said, can you share how URLs are going to be on Copr, please?

We have discovered that we will need to pull from Pulp instead of Copr, so this story should be adjusted to reflect that.
