Description
The platform code (and some plugins) are joining [server] storage_dir to content, published and static, etc in multiple locations. To be DRY, these derived configuration properties should to be provided in a single place in the code. Suggest something in config.py.
Further, the server.constants.LOCAL_STORAGE constant should not be used (or exist).
