We need some Pulp3 documentation on how python-kombu needs to build a dependency into the pulp-scl be built for Fedora 23 and EL7 using Copr. We do not want to duplicate or reproduce documentation that already exists Any changes needed for Copr. Instead we the spec file should document the scl runtime environment be made directly in pulp/packaging repository. The spec file changes needed for Fedora 23 and identify EL7 should be made on 'f23' and 'el7' branches respectively. Write documentation on the high level steps to be done to build/introduce/update a Pulp dependency process for building deps in the pulp-scl. Copr.
