python-kombu needs to be built for Fedora 23 and EL7 using Copr. Any changes needed for the spec file should be made directly in pulp/packaging repository. The spec file changes needed for Fedora 23 and EL7 should be made on 'f23' and 'el7' branches respectively.
Write documentation on the process for building deps in Copr.
