Description

At the moment, when someone lands on https://docs.pulpproject.org/pulpcore/, they get a very generic statement.

Only if they scroll down to the How to Navigate the pulpcore and plugin docs section do they get a bit of information about how to find their way around.

On the point of entry, give a new user enough to find their way around.
