Nightly tests have been consistently failing for a long time.

Nightly tests provide important information and should be fixed.

With latest CI the state appears to have changed. The workflow is still failing in two places:

  1. The SigningService test during "test (plugin-from-pypi)" => This is a well known and understood issue.
  2. The "test (generate-bindings)" which is gibberish to me: https://github.com/pulp/pulp_deb/runs/3227024308
