While verifying https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AAH-431 I found that I had mistakenly introduced a bug that checked for S3 twice here (due to copy and paste): https://github.com/pulp/pulp-operator/pull/93/files#diff-6c62f20f1279620bbf27292101b0b57f52d6a7c57bba1f6361a2351b5fcb445aR8
Fixing that line to properly allow the Azure storage setup.
