Remove unnecessary travis-ci files that are no longer used for the pulp-operator CI/CD which may lead to confusion around tooling

Remove travis-ci files which are no longer used for ci/cd
The project has moved to using github actions for ci/cd. To avoid further confusion the travis-ci related files are being removed.
