Pulp

Fedora users can use Pulp currently, but it would be a lower barrier to entry if we were able to get Pulp into Fedora directly rather than requiring users to add additional repositories.

Deliverables:

• Work through all of the dependencies that we carry and patch.
  - For each of these dependencies, it may be worth creating a separate ticket to track the work of either getting the patches into upstream and/or Fedora, or figuring out a way to not depend on the patches
• Once all dependencies are part of mainstream Fedora, take the necessary steps to get all of our packages into Fedora.

This ticket will take a long time to accomplish, but I believe it will be worth it because it will increase our user base.
