The idea is to add a high level feature overview answering "what" the plugin is capable of. (As opposed to "how" to achieve something which is what the workflow documentation is for.)
This is important both because the workflow documentation is incomplete, and because the plugin design (and especially it's limitations) are not explained anywhere.
