Description

Handle case when a publication is shared by multiple distributions and one of the distributors in pulp2 have been re-created.

Currently this situation leads to the case when on the re-run only one distribution appears in pulp2repositores where the rest are not, because they have lost their publication which has been removed because of re-created distributor in pulp2.

We need to make sure that the rest of distributions re-gather newly created publication.
