Description

A guide on how to use sub-variables like upgrade and version under pulp_install_plugins, and how the pulp_installer version ties in.

There exists such a guide here, but for a design that we did not use (the existene of branch variables, and a focus on using them.) It is still be adapted though: https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer/pull/203
