Description

Per the 2020-05-06 pulp_installers meeting:

We have outgrown the README.md in pulp_installer, and should use a section of pulpcore docs, particularly as "howto" documentation.

It should be here: https://docs.pulpproject.org/installation/instructions.html

And we should clearly separate with separate pages the manual instructions from the ansible instructions.

In Galaxy's metadata, it should point to these instructions.

Considering adapting this brief explanation to it https://pulp-ansible.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html#install-using-ansible

Consider adapting these outdated docs as well: https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer/pull/203
