Description

The good news is that centos stream boxes exist. https://cloud.centos.org/centos/8-stream/x86_64/images/

The bad news is that the URL will change over time; we'll have to maintain the value of the URL in pulplift.

it will require some workarounds too; via ansible logic in pre_tasks.
