- There is a lot of content under "Reference" https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/3.0/nightly/contributing/index.html#reference that isn't related to contributing
- There is a lot of content buried under "Reference" https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/3.0/nightly/contributing/index.html#reference that needs to be more discoverable higher up in the "contributing section"
