Static Content should not be shown on left-navigation

Description
The "Static Content" part of Pulp is not important enough to be on the left-navigation.
It's also listed on the Architecture and Deploying page here: https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/3.0/nightly/components.html#
Keep "Static Content" as part of the Architecture and Deploying page, but remove it from the left-navigation.

Move the section Static Content to Architecture and Deploying
