Description
Now is modulemd or modulemd-defaults upload only upload as content type.
This feature allow user to specify to create new repository-version.
In case modulemd-deafults, there is restriction that only one modulemd-defaults can exist for a repository.
So user will have to delete defaults then will be able to upload a new one.
