Description

pulp-operator should be rebased on the latest Ansible Operator framework.

This is likely to resolve the issue with Ansible Molecule CI not working.

This involves generating a new project with the same options, and merging.

I did it here: https://github.com/pulp/pulp-operator/pull/44 issue #5134 is super correlated with this issue

As I review, #44 did you refresh all the misc files in the repo according to the template?

Usually what I do is I generate the template with the old SDK version, then with the new version, and prepare a patch (or do prepare a commit via a git branch with no shared history.) Then I apply the patch to the current main branch of the repo.
