Description
Since we changed app_label from `pulp_python` to `python`, remotes are now
`pulp/api/v3/remotes/python/python/`
and publishers are
`pulp/api/v3/publisher/python/python/`
Not pretty. Lets change this to be more descriptive. I suggest "warehouse" or "pypi".
