Description

We want to ensure we can sync "large" repos. The normal pulp_smash tests only sync fixture data.

The test for this test case should not run on Travis, this will increase the time required to run all functional tests 30~45 min. Since we run tests against every PR on Travis, the test will be designed to run in our internal CI. If necessary changes can be applied later on.
