Description

We want to ensure we can sync "large" repos. The normal pulp_smash tests only sync fixture data.

Add test to sync EPEL repository

Add test to sync EPEL repository. This test should be skipped when
running on Travis. If enable this test will increase a lot the time
required to run all the functional tests. 30~45 min to run.

The test for this test case should not run on Travis, this will increase the time required to run all functional tests 30~45 min. Since we run tests against every PR on Travis, the test will be designed to run in our internal CI. If necessary changes can be applied later on.
