It's no longer possible to copy-paste readme for the case when the streamer is not running, at the same time README doesn't refer to info about the streamer.
I suggest either to have immediate policy covered in README or to have all policies covered but also provided information about the streamer. E.g. "To use this policy, streamer service should be running, read how to configure it here."

I don't think this is an issue anymore as the README doesn't specify a policy when creating a remote.
