As per discussion on the mailing list, we should remove the "notes" field from all of the models which use it, and remove the backing code in models/generic.py, and remove the related unittests in tests/models/test_generic.py.

Remove 'notes' from Pulp
The functionality should be brought back once we've better evaluated the design.
