Adjust module dependencies check to consider virtual modules

Description

At the moment virtual modules are ignored when module dependencies are checked during applicability calculation.
This can lead to false negative results for applicability.

This can be fixed when DNF (through subman) will be able to report those from a host.

An example of a virtual module is "platform", check dependencies sections in modules.yaml in any modular repo, e.g. F28
