Remove the manifest field on remote
Description
Discussing with @dkliban, @jortel, and bmbouter, we decided to keep the way of having feed url to point to the manifest file and not have a separate field on remote. Also, we decided we should keep the manifest field though on publisher but change it to PULP_MANIFEST.
Revert the changes in https://pulp.plan.io/issues/3912
