Discussing with @dkliban, @jortel, and @bmbouter, we decided to keep the way of specifying feed url to point to the manifest file and not have a separate field on remote. Also, we should keep the manifest field though on publisher but change it to PULP_MANIFEST. Revert the changes in https://pulp.plan.io/issues/3912 and https://pulp.plan.io/issues/3913.
