Description

It might be the case that to support the functionality described in issue #3740, exposing the pool->considered bitmap needn't be necessary.

Considering the POC, it might be sufficient to just ignore the target repository content while building the pool to resolve the copy query.

Closing this issue because masking the non-modular/ursine RPMs is needed to be able to transitively calculate all the modular dependencies.
