Description

Like for yum repos, I would like to specify a download policy. The specific use case is to enable "on demand" where all the tags are known to the user but it is only when a tag is pulled that the layers are fetched. This is for both disk space and bandwidth considerations.

The docker pull command serves for downloading Docker images from a registry.
