Rawhide is using Kombu4 and has an upstream[0] bug that blocks using Pulp in Fedora. The Rawhide Kombu built in Fedora needs to be patched to include this fix[1].
This blocks a sprint item so I am going to add it to the sprint. I'm taking it as assigned because I have the Fedora permissions to complete this task.
