Celery 4.0 is out and we are standardizing Pulp3 to use it on all distros. Fedora Rawhide is ready to be updated so we should do that. The Fedora upgrade task tracking this issue is here[0].
You'll know it's upgraded because this page[1] will show 4.0.0 as being built for Rawhide.
