When running pulp-smash on Jenkins, I was told roughly 5% of runs timeout. This is likely due to Qpid deadlock[0].

We need to upgrade the rpms on our Jenkins environment to use the test patch from the Qpid team.

We are currently waiting on the Qpid team to provide RPMs that can be installed.
