Description

A while ago, we rewrote all of our shebangs to explicitly call python2. In pulp 3, we're running py3 exclusively, so we've gotta go back and change all of our python/python2 calls to call python3 in platform and every plugin's 3.0-dev branch.

Platform might already be done, and it might make more sense to create a task to do this for each plugin.
