Take a look at the docs for the OSTree distributor: http://docs.pulpproject.org/plugins/pulp_ostree/tech-reference/distributor.html

Currently, only auto_publish is listed as an option. However:

auto_publish is a parameter provided by the base Pulp platform, and it's documented in the associate a distributor with a repository page. It's questionable whether this option should be listed here. (For further comparison, the yum web distributor documentation recognizes this and doesn't listthe auto_publish parameter.)
The relative_path parameter is not documented. This option is not provided by the base Pulp platform. I discovered this option is by executing pulp-admin -vv ostree repo create ....
