We have a twitter account now, and should tweet stuff!

What about using the redmine wiki for this? My thinking is that the dev guide is treated as the technical manual for pulp development. I would be ok with putting it in the dev guide also, but my first thought was wiki. What do you think?
I think that's perfect. Thanks!

We did rename the account from pulpdevs to pulpproj, and have since started tweeting. At this time I believe myself, bmbouter, and mhrivnak have access to the account.
I'm unassigning this if someone else wants to pick it up. We can optionally close it, since the process to date for tweeting as @pulpproj has been "log into twitter as @pulpproj and tweet".

I reworked the checklist items some based on what I think still needs to be done. The only formal docs I feel we need right now are a step in the build process to announce its availability via twitter also so I added one for that.
If ^ were not good changes feel free to edit or revert.
