Story #1585
closedOption to bind to a consumer group when registering the consumer.

Description
I am trying to set-up a Pulp repository management server and i'm having some issues.
When registering a new consumer to the Pulp-server I would like to have the option to directly register it to a consumer group aswell.
We are trying to create consumergroups based on the OS-Version-Type-Arch (Rhel-6-server-x86_64), we want to bind the desired repo's to the consumers through this consumer group.
Also when we for instance have to update openssl on all our rhel-6-server-x86_64 machines we can just push the updates to the consumer group.
So, in other words..
I would like to have a option to bind a consumer directly to a --consumer-group-id when registering the consumer with the pulp server.
