Nightly repo info needed in https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp/rhel-pulp.repo
something similar to

It looks like there are kept under version control in the rel-eng[0] directory. Besides having it there I'm not sure where the build scripts ensure that it is put into place before the build is published. Anyone else know?

I believe it is manually put into place.
