Description

All of Crane is currently documented in the README. Upon completion of this task, users will be able to navigate to readthedocs.org page for Crane where they will be able to read documentation on how to install and use Crane. One of the pages should be dedicated to release notes.

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX. Pulp 2 is still accepting contributions though, so if you want to contribute a fix for this ticket, please reopen or comment on it.
