Description

In working on the Docker v2 code, I had to make some changes to the pulp_docker.conf httpd vhost. While doing this, I noticed that it had several httpd directives set that did not make sense. I suspect that these directives were copied from other vhosts, and thus that those vhosts might have directives that do not make sense for them either.

For this task, audit each httpd config file that we ship and scrutinize every line. Make sure the directives make sense and are not just copy/pasted from other places.
