Normally I would do this as part of the commits that add the features, but we are branching from older code so that the patches will cleanly apply. Due to that, the documentation needs to be added as a separate effort.
- Make sure all the recipes are "current", and add new ones showing off the Docker v2 workflows
- Read all the dockermentation and make sure it is "good" and correct for v2 content.
- If you notice anything missing from the release notes, update them too. They are being added in https://github.com/pulp/pulp_docker/pull/126
