The QE tasks included in the release process included manual verification of some of the issues included in the release, making sure automation jobs pass and upgrade automation jobs passing.

There are 2 issues with this build on Jenkins

1. tests.rpm.api_v2.test_updateinfo.OpenSuseErrataTestCase.test_01_create_sync_publish
Is failing by timeout to sync the repo https://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/42.3/oss/ this test case is PASSING locally but as it takes long time to run QE will investigate on ways to enhance this test case. ref: https://github.com/PulpQE/Pulp-2-Tests/issues/6

2. tests.puppet.api_v2.test_sync_publish.SyncInvalidFeedTestCase.test_task_error_traceback
One-off test failure, due to network or timeout issues, PASSING locally QE is also putting on to-do list to investigate.

Pulp QE team approves the release of the 2.16.4 RC to GA.
