Manage flatpak content in Pulp 3.
Uniqueness would be defined by "Identifier triples:"http://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/introduction.html#naming :
- name of flatpak - inverse DNS address format
- arch
- branch
- or perhaps just flatpak metadata file
content unit = flatpak
client tool = flatpak
Discovery
How to discover content type discovered? Not sure yet.

Need to look at OSTree for versioning?
