• Beta Build date
  • May 16, 2017
• Prerequisites to building:
  • No open issues blocking this release
  • Issues with the "verification required" field set verified.
  • No procedural issues blocking this release (such as merge-forward issues, broken CI env, and similar)
• test scratch build from beta branch
  • Automated test results approved by QE
• waiting period (1 week after beta 1 release date) before GA is allowed
• beta release promoted to GA May 24, 2017

The rest of the checklist is conditional on whether or not blockers are found in the beta cycle; this page will be updated as the release progresses. See the Release Schedule for more details.
