2.13.0 Release Status¶

The release date for 2.13.0 has not yet been determined. The most likely release date, in following with the current 12-week beta-to-beta timeline, is April 11, 2017.

• Build date to be determined.
• Prerequisites to building:
  • No open issues blocking this release
  • No procedural issues blocking this release (such as merge-forward issues, broken CI env, and similar)
• dev branch created for this Y Release, preventing the addition of new features.
• master branch now tracks development for next Y release
• build system adapted to build from new dev branch
• test scratch build from beta branch
• beta is built from dev branch
• waiting period (1 week after beta release date) before RC

If all goes well, and no blocking bugs delay further release stages, this release should become Generally Available April 25, 2017. This page will be updated as progress is made.
