Create markdown table with coverage of features (in root of github repository) and CI hook to remind contributor to update it if the new feature is covered by tests (it canbe a comment on the PR if there are any changes in functional tests) 
 tests.  
 If PR won't be a feature but a bugfix table still should be updated with the case to cover.
