We should extract repo_type from repo.notes and pre-migrate only into those types of the repo, alongside with its importers, distributors and repo_content_units. Before pre-migrating repo/importers/distributors/repo_content_units we should ensure that there is no pre-migrated repository data, therefore we should delete any existing repo/importers/distributors/repo_content_unit entries.
